Exchange Policy
Cancellation Policy:
In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be canceled using our website.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange is available for selected products only. No exchange for discounted products. The exchange policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please note the following terms:
Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the original purchase date.
One-Time Exchange: Each purchase is eligible for a one-time exchange only. Subsequent exchanges for the same purchase will not be permitted.
Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis. You have to raise an exchange request by sending us an email at HouseOfSiditya@gmail.com within 3 days. The email must contain order ID, exchange reason, and received product photos.
The further exchange process will proceed after the product reaches us.
Note for Exchange:
The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
Customized products cannot be exchanged.
Exchange requests that are not raised within 3 days of the original purchase date will not be accepted.
Pickup service is not available from our side. You have to self-return the product to our address.
We do not accept the product if the packet is in damaged condition. Also, do not forget to take an unpackaging video before opening.
